Shipping and Returns

The shipping rates are calculated based on the most cost-effective option. However, if you want a specific shipping carrier, you may have to pay extra fees. In such cases, we advise you to call and place your order over the phone to specify your desired carrier.


Every effort will be made to ship orders received before 2pm Eastern Time Monday-Friday that same day.

If for some reason your order will be delayed, we will notify you. If we ship you a partial shipment and backorder the remainer, we will pay the freight on the backorder when it ships.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email including a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your shipment.


Returns and Refunds

If the reason for the return is our error or defective product, we will pay return freight and issue full credit.

Otherwise, you can return the product at your expense for a refund. A restocking charge of 10% may apply. We will not refund the freight.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Please call us for return instructions.

Orders for custom products are not returnable unless significantly different than ordered.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. If the product is damaged or modified in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Time in transit is given in workdays, it does not include weekends or holidays.
